I think I've had 4 (mabe 5?) naps today. And spent the last hour lying on my bed listening to music and watching the sunbeams and shadows slide around.

In hindsight, I was probably running on stress and pain adrenaline all last week. When I finally got the pain under control my body went all... Engage Rest Mode! Full Zonk!
