Playing around with a PROFILE.SUB and the SUBMIT command to get a kind of AUTOEXEC.BAT under #CPM2. It makes a lot of fun to play with such an old technique and shows how restless our time has become.

But after a complete full compile of the whole directory the switching to turbo mode works now.
So, at least I've been able to address one of the two outstanding issues today. Tomorrow I'll be back at the museum to see if I can convince the move-it software to transfer a file using an old 486 and a real serial port.

A quick question for those with experience: Can someone tell me which file in #RomWBW controls which ROMs are subsequently written to the #EEPROM? I mean the ones listed with "L." I'd like to remove some operating systems and store compilers instead.

Configuration of the #SC126 overclocking (*2) failed with CPUSPDCAP + CPUSPDDEF. But made my first own #RomWBW.
And tried my first small #TurboPascal program and programmed the LED port with blinkenlights 😀

After waiting a few days to get all parts the #SC126 with #RC2014 bus is running out of the box. Has to remember the DCD0 jumper, without RomWBW does not start to prompt. Next steps are the addition of SD-card for filesystem and look for a source how to "overdrive" the processor ;)

Because of the all in one design I decided to build another #RC2014 hardware. I choose a #SC126 mainboard, which I ordered yesterday. The support for it's onboard hardware seems to be more complete in #RomWBW. And with a case it will be a nice 'full workstation'

The little #RC2014 #Z180 computer is finally running. I had some initial difficulties because power via the serial-to-USB adapter was a bit weak. With an external power supply, it's now running rock-stable. And believe me, it's much more faster than the #KneisnerM100 😀
The crystal oscillator will, of course, be replaced with a smaller one. This is a bit experimental at the moment ;)
