Wait... wait... what's happening in the "Further Adventures of Ibudan's Clone" saga?

You know it's cool that Keiko wants to become a teacher, but the idea that she could just do it successfully without any kind of training...
I'm just going to assume that Star Fleet had some self-help teacher-training videos that she made full use of.
Listening to #Jadzia describe joined Trill mating to Dr Bashir makes me think either she was BSing to get rid of him, or the writers had no idea what her personality was, cuz by season 4 she was a total party animal.

This episode helped set up some of the characters and story arcs we will see develop later like Keiko's school, Jake and Nog's friendship and Rom.
Signing off now. Have a nice weekend and until next time!
#AllStarTrek I comfort myself with the knowledge that Dr Bashir is in fact genetically enhanced, and his behavior to Jadzia here is therefore supposedly genetically enhanced game, and it is terrible. 😖
We normies will be fine.👍

In the scene with Keiko getting the school furniture delivered, there was a graphic of different alien life forms behind her. I think I saw a picture of a tribble (lower left corner), Sylvia and Korob's true form at the end of TOS' "Catspaw" (upper left corner) and an Excalibian (e.g. Yarnek) from TOS' "The Savage Curtain" (top right corner).

Damn, Rom here is a completely different character from the later seasons.
Later on, I always remember that he tried to kill #Quark twice, but it seems so out of character.

This was also the episode in which Keiko started the school for the children on DS9. That will be the location for future scenes and episodes "In the Hands of the Prophets".
Keiko is right. There's no structured activities for the children on the station, resulting in them finding their own "activities", which can result in them getting into trouble.
Odo isn't used to having to work within a set of rules at the station. He's having a tough time adapting to the changes brought on by Sisko's arrival at the station.
Jake and Nog first meet each other in this episode, starting one of my favorite friendships in Trek.
Jadzia's advice to Sisko in building their relationship....Allow yourself to feel comfortable with your discomfort.
Odo really isn't into coupling (too much compromise). And apparently isn't a fan of Klingon opera.

Good morning/afternoon/evening everyone and TGIF!
Back to early Season 1 of DS9. The show was trying to find its identity - case in point - Julian...
Julian hitting on Jadzia hard. Give it up, man!
#AllStarTrek I like that the crowd still thinks they can actually hurt #Odo. But this was before Odo learned to turn into gas or flame. 🤔
#AllStarTrek That post #Cardassian occupation crowd is fickle.

Hey! Great point!
Would lead to Super Happy Hour!
#AllStarTrek uh... a hologram did it!
