@sb Haven't read the reports but #atlanticloop seems like a clear right technical thing to do. Long distance transmission that links hydroelectric to demand is the future. Bonus that potential wind sites could be connected too. I know that Hydro Québec is a sensitive topic in Maritime utilities though, and sure that the money and terms are to be negotiated in public...

So... The #atlanticloop. Seems like a good start to me, but I have only begun to research it. What are your thoughts?
