Also I like the fact that LGM is focused both on the developer- and the user-facing side (to some extent), whereas ADC is explicitly targeted towards developers

the problem i have right now is, i'm trying to use Carla for microphone processing, but for some reason it introduces audio latency over time. i have to restart Carla for it to go away, and this is all no matter the settings or plugins i use

also it crashes OBS if i wanna add it as a VST for the microphone filters. apparently OBS VST support is hit and miss so Carla just doesn't work

this is now one of the reasons why i wanna make Plugtaur which will basically be Carla but mine. i probably will open some issues in the Carla repo but i wanna make Plugtaur regardless
