@fisk not in defense of #39c3 or #codeofconduct but: NO, somehow people nowadays seem to think there are no rules on the internet or 'civilized' as in 'civilization' doesn't stand for anything. It never used to be an issue. Then opportunists and other malicious people came on the internet and started to try and milk everything for money. We ignore (or laugh at) offline social abusive shitshows but villainize social media for its visibility. A code-of-conduct doesn't fix such malicious intentions
