Thinking cognitive apprenticeships and what we see in places using #connectedlearning like #indieweb and #ds106 you see more agentive apprenticeships. These involve both humans and networks but get driven by the learner goals in a community of shared values. #el30

I love the "Maybe Something Beautiful: How Art Transformed a Neighborhood", but for me its a tale of literacy in action and how #conectedlearning can drive our #literacies improvements through #connectedlearning practices. By painting a community we spread love and meaning and these skills matter in the classroom as much as phonics
