One of our neighbours at Bespoked had a very nicely executed mini velo that utilised the Ritchey breakaway frame split system

This gives you a splitable frame, and with 20” wheels it should be possible to get it within the baggage limit for regular eu flights

(Normally bikes have to go as sports equipment meaning extra fees. For some reason skis and snowboards aren’t counted, and don’t get extra fees despite being longer. Go figure 🤷‍♀️)
