Das Thema Nutzerbewertungen bei #GoogleMaps geht in die nächste Runde - und erneut stellt man sich unweigerlich die Frage, wie viel diese Bewertungen im aktuellen Zustand überhaupt taugen.
Jaqueline Jansen hat die Restaurantbewertungen in Stuttgart analysiert und die bestbewertetsten Lokale herausgefunden, Kathrin Haasis hat dazu mit Wirten gesprochen.
Doch so schön und bestimmt auch verdient es für Lokale sein mag, eine Top-Bewertung auf Google zu haben - die allermeisten haben weit über 4 Sterne als Gesamtbewertung. Die Bewertungen sind massiv nach oben verzerrt.
Viele Sterne auf Google Maps sind gut fürs Geschäft. Doch wie viel taugen sie, wenn sich negative Bewertungen relativ leicht loswerden lassen?
Wir haben innerhalb von drei Wochen zweimal hunderttausende Bewertungen von 1700 Stuttgarter Gastros gesammelt. Und wurden auf Anhieb fündig. Allein in dieser Stichprobe verschwanden um die 800 Bewertungen, fast alle schlecht.
Doch kaum jemand wollte sich zu den Gründen äußern. Einige haben jedoch schlagartig ihre Sterne-Bewertung von unter 4 auf über 4 Sterne verbessert.
