I have just bought a #sunflower lanyard because I have BPD and what comes with it is the extreme anxiety

I need help diffusing a recurring unpleasant dream related to a traumatic divorce and loss of my kids 10 yrs ago. It's not fun to be visiting my kids in my dreams, only to have my ex expect me to play wifey again. There was a lot of non-violent religious cultural DV which exponentially grew once I decided to leave. So.... him actually whipping his penis out and trying to get me to comply was the last straw. 🤮 It sucks enough to be sucked back into that dynamic, but gross non-consensual touching is too much. Geezus christ. I feel unclean from these dreams, and heartbroken over my kids.
Anybody have any idea how to hack a dream like this?
I diffused my nightmares as a kid by talking to the monsters and or taking their side. I am NOT fucking doing that here. What magic must I work to banish him from showing up? At least in these dreams I am starting to verbally tell him to fuck off, or no. It's a start, but really.... once his peen is being rubbed on me with his entitlement and absolute refusal to acknowledge reality.... fuck that shit.

*I am not anti-penis. It's who it's attached to and how they've wielded it.
