Why is it that calendar apps don't allow me to move a meetup/webinar event from one calendar to another (my work one) so that people can see that i'm busy. Sure, I could try and remember to sign up with my work email, but I joined some systems ages ago under my personal email. #firstworldproblems #end_of_rant

Not familiar with this specific product, But Hardware tokens or whatever they are called this days, usually not worth the trouble with some exceptions. Are you familiar with the CIA Triad? compare to other 2fa technologies. this tokens add nothing to boost your Confidentiality, integrity and at some point they are guaranteed to mess your data availability.
