Anyone who's ever ran their own business knows it's the little things customers remember.

This is a Sympathy card sent to us by the Vet who euthanized our kitty, hand-signed by all their staff. It also came with a little heart-shaped paper card that said "This heart is full of wildflower seeds, so plant it by your beloved pet to remember them."

Too bad our pet graveyard is in full shade.

Was out and about this morning trying to do a few things in the first heat of our year here in the #PNW, and I feel like my batteries are at 20 percent and my OS has switched to low power mode.

Then I looked at the grass pollen counts and I know why. Here in the Southern Willamette Valley of #Oregon, we get all the grass pollen from just north of #Eugene blown our way and it kicks my ass.

Today is 695, and the "very high" range is anything north of 200.
