In my memory, the #DasBoot #TVseries was good, but so good? I’m really impressed; this is great #cinema on the small screen. Hellishly exciting, tragic, & often brilliantly staged. In Berlin, I got #GMT #Wolfpack, a #uboat #wargame that... No idea why, but I'm really looking forward to it. #filmsky

Finished a game of Space Empires 4X with some of the new rules from All Good Things. Included Crew Cards, and two empires were the new alternate empires with missile boats.

In the end the Blue faction slipped a large fleet past Gold (one of the alternate empires) that had their fleets out of position due to decoy use.

Even though Green was getting hammered, Blue reached the Gold capital just before Orange could finish off Green.

Fun game.

Yes you’re right; thanks for the correction, We are now on summertime here, known locally as eastern daylight saving time (EDST).

This means that when it is 11:28 GMT it’s 11:28 + 10:00 + 1:00 (extra hour for summer time). So it’s 22:28 (EDST) as you concluded.

It would also be beneficial then if WE went onto #GMT and did our surfing under the floodlights. This way the #sharks wouldn’t be able to see anything and, as they don’t have headlights, they would have to call out like this:

“ Excuse me, but is that a #surfie I can hear over there? Would it be okay if I were to come over and bite you?”

To which you could answer “ No! Piss off!” Thus saving a lot of lives annually.

I'm not patriotic about much, but... GMT is the best timezone.
