Eragon theory: The Menoa Tree wanted something of Eragon in exchange for something. I think the tree wanted human/elf children. The Menoa Tree is a combination of two beings: the tree itself, and the Elf-woman Linnëa, who is not known to have had children prior to singing herself into the tree. After being in contact with the Menoa Tree, Eragon felt a slight discomfort around is stomach where his "seeds" would be stored after being produced. #Eragon #Inheritance #InheritanceCycle
