Limitowany iPhone Pocket, stworzony przez Apple we współpracy z japońską marką ISSEY MIYAKE, został wyprzedany we wszystkich krajach.

Akcesorium zadebiutowało 14 listopada i początkowo szybko zniknęło z magazynów w USA, a w ostatnich dniach — także w Azji i Europie. Pobiło wszelkie rekordy sprzedaży w tego typu segmencie limitowanych dodatków tworzonych we współpracy dwóch marek.

Apple i ISSEY MIYAKE przedstawiają iPhone Pocket

iPhone Pocket oferowano w dwóch długościach i wielu kolorach, w cenie od 149,95 do 229,95 USD. Elastyczna, trójwymiarowo dziana konstrukcja pozwalała nosić iPhone’a w dłoni, przypiąć do torby lub założyć bezpośrednio na siebie. Projekt nawiązywał do charakterystycznych plisowań ISSEY MIYAKE i powstał we współpracy z Apple Design Studio.

Ponieważ była to limitowana edycja, nie wiadomo, czy Apple uzupełni zapasy tego akcesorium w przyszłości.
