Ein Direktzug
Zu Beginn des Rückwegs von umserem Wochenende wurden wir mit dem Auto bis Seewis Dorf mitgenommen, von wo aus wir mit dem Postauto bis Seewis Pardisla (noch so ein Name …) fuhren.
Wir hatten noch etwas Zeit, weshalb wir mit der RhB nicht nur bis Landquart, sondern weiter bis Chur fuhren. Unser Ziel war der Extrazug, der testweise im September 2025 jeweils am Wochenende morgens zweimal von Niederwenigen durchs Zürcher Unterland, via Zürich durchs Zürcher Oberland und via Pfäffikon SZ nach Chur – und nachmittags die selbe Strecke zurück fährt. In Pfäffikon SZ ändert er die Bezeichnung und ist einerseits eine S-Bahn und andererseits ein Extrazug.
Das Fahren in diesem Direktzug war sehr entspannt: Wir mussten bis Rüti nicht umsteigen, hatten Platz und erlaubten uns ein wenig Mitleid mit jenen vielen Leuten, die an diesem sonnigen Wochenende mit dem Auto unterwegs waren und im Stau feststeckten. Einmal mehr bewahrheitete sich der alte SBB-Werbespruch:

Parschientsch
Das Wochenende verbrachten wir in Seewis, im Jugendhaus (JHS), einige Höhenmeter oberhalb Seewis Dorf. Es ist dies ein Familien-Ferienhaus mit einfachen Zimmern, Etagen-Duschen und -WCs sowie Vollpension.
Immer im September findet im JHS ein Erlebniswochenende statt, mit einem Erlebniszelt für Kinder und Teenagers, viel Zeit zum Relaxen oder Spazieren, einem Gottesdienst am Sonntagmorgen, Grilladen, Salat und Dessert.
Dieses Erlebniswochenende war unser Ziel, als wir am Freitagabend unterwegs waren, zuerst mit dem Thurbo, der S-Bahn und dem Interregio und anschliessend, ab Landquart, mit einem Mini-Postauto.
Eine Postauto-Haltestelle heisst „Seewis, Parschientsch“. Die Frage sei erlaubt: Was heisst Parschientsch, und welche Sprache ist das?
Im Prättigau spricht man ja kein Rätoromanisch …
