Okay all. I’m looking for my next read. I just finished a re-read of Donna Tartt’s “The Secret History”. Before that, re-read Gibson’s Sprawl trilogy. Did some rereading after disappointments. Lastly, The Cartographers by Peng Shepherd. Awful.

Ever since I can remember, I've named various computing devices of mine by book characters I'm reading about at the time. I needed an old USB drive and picked one from a pile. The name is Kvothe and I was immediately struck with deep sadness. Anyone familiar with the story and character?
Oh Rothfuss, it's been **many** years since I've used this thumb drive and we still haven't seen book three. 😭
Multiple times a week, this line from The Name of the Wind sneaks into my psyche. In a book (series!) of rich, dense passages, the terse genius of this one gets me every time:
