(no, i don’t mind people drinking, but it’s no excuse for bad behaviour)
— humourless wankers in ugly outfits

Today is Victoria's second-most ridiculous public holiday (the most ridiculous is the day *before* the AFL Grand Final). Annoyingly the public hol also leaked into yesterday - it was a normal workday but the cafe I wanted to go to was closed. (Sigh) I hate public holidays.

It’s far more interesting to watch the National Party self-combust into a pretend reality with their rejection of net-zero, supported by a well rehearsed string of lies, even as tennis ball-sized hail smashes southern Queensland.
