Rep1: I'm not sure which one has it - let me get someone who knows
Me: [shifts 4 MBP's to look at glare - finds one] I think it's this one.
Rep2: Yes, that one has it.
Me: Can I touch it?
Both Rep1 & Rep2 in unison: Oh no, these are not touch screens!
Me: I mean will touching it wear it out, is it durable?
Rep2: Oh that's fine - but you're not supposed to put water on it…
