@fds2610 my friend did such with #mysensors project firmware. Some tiny device, same what was inside Suunto Move. Added small antenna below the box for longer link. Mysensors is super low power.

I have many #zwave and #mysensors devices and a bit of custom code (e.g. human centric lighting, #hcl) in my ~4000 LOC fhem.cfg. I'm using fhem since several (maybe 10) years and still struggling with its configuration (as linux graybeard and soft/firmware developer), so I'm considering a change...

Lienee olis syytä siivota nurkista kaikkea #kotiautomaatio sälää. Olis #arduino #nrf24l01 kikkuloita, ir- ja ovisensoreita, pari wlan säädettävää lattialämmitys säädintä yms. Ihan kelpo kamaa, mutta karkas joskus mopo vähän käsistä kun tilasin 😁 #mysensors
Testinurkassa puhdetöitä. Pikku taistelun jälkeen valovastus reagoi mysensorsin yli HomeAssistantiin. On muuten hippasen häiriöherkkä tuo nRF24L01-moduuli. Tarviaa tasaisen 3.3 v syötön.
@dvl yes, running #HomeAssistant here in #FreeBSD jail, installed few years ago, with #mqtt and #mysensors integrations. It's kinda getting old now, I will be upgrading HA to a more recent version before end of year.
