While travelling by #train I could not help noticing the number of people falling asleep after a while looking outside. It came to me the idea that as the brain projects our reality. It requires the brain a colossal amount of energy to process the constant new visual input and therfore it shuts down after a while. I wonder if there are studies about this. May be at the #neurospin institute ?
