The Ontario government has made it harder for minors and other people incapable of bringing and maintaining proceedings. These people already required litigation guardians, but now those litigation guardians need counsel, even if the litigation guardian is a lawyer (except for the CL and PGT). On the left are the old rules, and the right are the new rules. At the same time, the government is violating the civil rights of children in Ontario's schools through illegal policies.
