#Microsoft tried to switch me to the new #Outook again this morning. Switching back it asks for feedback on why. The dialog box only accepted 800 characters: "Switching me without asking a third time was obnoxious. Haven't retested but from the previous two times I've tested it: Can't click and drag messages to web applications (Zendesk/halo) as attachments. Can't do a simple mail merge. No easy access to mail headers. Can't use read aloud from compose window. Can't control advanced features from search windows - e.g subject:'july invoices', have to use a clunky form instead. Edit window is unpredictable, e.g. paste in text and paragraphs are spaced out, then indent and it goes back to single spaced. Selecting a font is dicey, sometimes select text, open the font box, it doesn’t remember recently used fonts so type name of font and then the font box closes randomly and the selected text is replaced with the remainder of what I was typing"

Work's been busy. Missed a meeting last Tuesday, causing a discussion with my manager. Tasks are time-consuming due to outdated software. Using Outlook as a Kanban board now, marking meetings in green, tasks in red, completed tasks in violet. Starting at 9:30 am, allocating tasks in 15-minute slots. This new method is effective for now.
