Oh well, at least there's a cool concert at the end of it!

In case you were following along, I’m home from the hospital. Got to spend last night in my own bed and got 9h of sleep.

In the hospital I was on a “nothing by mouth” regimen, which meant I couldn’t take the massive amount of drugs I need to actually fall asleep. So zero sleep and nothing but IV pain killers for a day. Definitely #overtired.

Fortunately I realized what was going on early and got treatment right away, so instead of 4 days in the hospital, it was less than 24 hours this time.

Now a clear liquid diet (no, not vodka) for 3d. I'm going to be soooo hungry.

I didn't sleep well last night, and I'm pretty out of focus this morning. Ended up opening Facebook instead of Mastodon. Was quite disappointed and was thinking that I really needed to clean up my follows. Glad it turned out to be a fuzzled brain problem.

(I had a bakery-made cheesecake yesterday. The likelihood that a bakery would make anything without using either or both corn syrup or cornstarch is close to nil, and I know that. And now I have regrets. And misery.)

Gahh, first day back at work catching up is always fun but why can't I schedule Zoom meetings right out of the Google Calendar? I could do it fine last week.
