@coppelia @semiotics oh yes, I actually went to a business-focused conference with that topic, so there's definitely connections! And it also had #phatic #technologies (#PhaticTechnologies ?) which is a very interesting way to think of most online interaction as oriented to contact rather than content - following #RomanJakobson and #Malinowski but actually a novel theory by #VictoriaWang.
