Continuing to work on the #mitsubishizero's cockpit. The engine is something I did years ago and thankfully didn't lose. Getting the photo etched cockpit details and the pilot to fit together in the model seems like it will be difficult. Probably one of the reasons plane models often skip them but I really like the idea of including him.

My first time trying to assemble a photo etch detail set. I managed to drop and loose some parts and had to improvise replacements. It's going into an Academy 1:72 kit for an A6M Zero. I tried the same kit as my first foray into model kits as an adult years ago, screwed up the decals, got a second kit, and then for several years have found other projects and acquired accessories like tho photo etch. Now I'm finally going to build it.
