Le talk qui m'a le plus inspiré à Voxxed Days Luxembourg aujourd'hui était celui de Nicolas Seriot "Coder en PostScript pour jouer contre son imprimante". C'était vraiment fun et ça m'a rappelé mon premier stage, dans lequel j'ai entre autres développé une fonctionnalité d'impression en PostScript pour un outil de visualisation de données temporelles.

Ich finde PDF auch nicht die beste Erfindung. Leider kann man sich von gewissen Dingen nicht entziehen.

Es gibt einfachere Methoden zum Erstellen eines PDF-Formulars. Der Vorteil dieser Methode ist jedoch das genaue Positionieren der Felder auf einem Formular.

What are the Adobe Type 1 Fonts ? They are also called PostScript: they've been disabled in Adobe apps since early 2023.

I'm trying to add flex operators to CFF charstrings. Anyone familiar with that?
What puzzles me is the "flex depth". The spec says I can add a "hflex" command when the flex depth is 50, but the image says that the flex depth is the distance of the joining point from the line connecting the start and the end point. That doesn't seem to make sense ...
