Could be that I'm late to the party, but do you know these document folders? With lots of nice, expanding divisions to stow away thick bundles of papers? Just perfect to store your sewn together segments/blocks.

After my rough and overcomplicated attempt at making an FFP pattern of a kayaker, I tried a simpler approach and created a pattern based on an image I recently saw from the perspective of a kayaker.

It is not amazing by any means, but more complicated than my first success (a meeple) and a whole lot quicker. Which makes me think that eventually I may be able to make a kayaker block that isn't totally fucked up. And all manner of other things.
