My sister found this epic photo of me popping collar back in the '80s. #RetroFashion

Retro fashion is one of the things inspiring me to craft. For an indoor fair with historical attractions I managed to sew a new pair of fairly retro fashioned shorts with lovely spring and summer colours.

My hand made variation on the Pretty As A Pea Dress from @emmydesignsweden. I did some hand smocking on the yokes, technique kindly supplied by @betty_sparkles_sewing_fun. This colour is hard to capture. It's a nice dark green, not petrol.

I used a lekala pattern as a base and picked the sleeves from #Simplicity8506.

Fabric is a polyester crepe from @driessenstoffen.nl

My shoes are my beloved Juliette from @memeryshoes.
