Dunkle Jahreszeiten, dunkle Spiele. Bin gespannt, ob mich die bittere Geschichte von Senua auch in der Fortsetzung gedanklich und emotional so tief und lange beschäftigen wird wie beim Vorgänger. Ein Gute-Laune-Spiel ist das jedenfalls nicht, aber dessen bin ich mir bewusst. Oder vielleicht doch lieber das Traumschiff sehen?

Rolled credits on #SenuasSaga #Hellblade2 . Absolutely beautiful game. In a weird way this game reminds me of Scorn - artistically beautiful with a very clear vision, with sometimes-frustrating gameplay mechanics. An experience but not something I would call a Gamer's game. Easily the best looking video game I've ever played and it's not even close.

Captured this in #SenuasSaga #Hellblade2 after realizing that you can pop into photo mode during the cutscenes and such.

I am not switching on MSI Afterburner from this point on. It's just foolish to worry about frames per second instead of playing this game, and they knew it, and they made it real simple to play it in the best condition possible. Unreal Engine 5 is a marvel to behold. I don't even care if the story will end good, bad, or blah. It simply is what it is, and it feels right to just enjoy it.

Also die Spielerzahlen zu #Hellblade2 wundern mich kein bisschen. Ich wusste bis vor einem Monat nicht mal, dass das Spiel überhaupt existiert und das Gameplay ist irgendwie auch nicht existent. Ich konnte teilweise nicht mal unterscheiden was ist Sequenz was ist Spiel. #HellbladeII ist ein interaktiver Film, wo man ab und zu eine Taste drücken darf, aber kein Videospiel.

Wenn #NinjaTheory ein Film machen will, nur zu, aber bitte kein Spiel, was keins ist.
