You can configure the report to show just what you want to see about your Sims.

Ana Schwarz, a Sim from my Urban Founder Challenge, completed the 🎨 Painter Extraordinaire aspiration today🎉. It was easy to record the progress on https://www.SimsChallengeTracker.com -- I checked the Aspirations Completion report and found out Archaeology Scholar is available. Then I marked Painter Extraordinaire complete on Ana's page, and selected the new aspiration for her. #Sims4 #Sims4Challenges #Sims

Ana Schwarz completed the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration.

I wanted to check which aspirations are still needed. On the aspirations report for Solaria, I unchecked "working on" and "complete" to show only the available aspirations. I saw that Archaeology Scholar was available.

I went to Ana Schwarz's page and clicked "Complete Painter Extraordinaire".

I selected Archaeology Scholar and clicked "Add Aspiration". Now the Painter Extraordinaire aspiration shows as complete, and Ana Schwarz's aspirations have been updated.

Only recently did I combine those two loves into the web application https://www.SimsChallengeTracker.com, which lets you keep track of Sims 4 Challenges in a graphical interface instead of a spreadsheet.
