Memorial Day is a day to remember and honor people who *died* serving their country, not a day to line your pockets with my money. Your "sale" is crass and disgusting. You are using the deaths of servicemembers to increase your profits.

The Normandy American Cemetery holds 9,387 graves of service members. When families come to visit, and also on special days like today's anniversary, volunteers take sand from the nearby beaches and rub it into the gravestones to highlight the names of the fallen and to honor their sacrifice.

On June 6, 1944, Allied forces numbering 24,000 men landed on the shores of Normandy to rid Europe of the fascist German occupation.

Of those who landed, 4,414 gave their lives on those beaches. Thousands more died or went missing in the following operations.
