Narra la leggenda che da 3 lustri a questa parte, quasi ogni giovedì notte, nella periferia Nord Est dell’Urbe avvenga una manifestazione di socialità altra rispetto ai canoni imposti da Babylon e dai suoi mezzi di comunicazione di massa.

Si dice che durante questi ritrovi messaggi di resistenza, lotta e unione siano amplificati da casse arancioni, mentre la linea di basso fa vibrare all’unisono corpi e menti in una danza liberatoria e libertaria.

E non sono dicerie: da oltre 15 anni dalla Valle dell’Aniene un Suono Ribelle si diffonde da un presidio di libertà, amplificato da un Sound System nato dai crismi del D.I.Y., grazie ad un gruppo sodale che crede fermamente nel potere rivoluzionario della musica Reggae e che si applica nella sua declinazione con fiducia, rispetto e complicità; avvalendosi di ogni sua sfaccettatura.

This summer solstice join Whistling Treason to party with Swingletree and Babois Eats at @avonleighorchards just to the north of Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire for their Midsummer Fayre. It's a fantastic place, and I know the beer will be excellent. Camping available if you want to kip over, or it could be a useful stopover on your way to or from some stones.
