@congusbongus is the tracker file available somewhere ? That looks like a nice base to #soundstudy how to craft interesting instrument for adlib ...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKstlOeRObI and "sine time" by @protodome are brilliant tunes...
I've got to #codestudy and #soundstudy https://github.com/protodomemusic/super-wavexe and see how it works ...
Oh, and https://moddingwiki.shikadi.net/wiki/KMD_Format_(Fury_of_the_Furries) has some info about #FuryOfTheFurries music format for PC. That would be to both #SoundStudy and #PixelStudy
One other thing I'd like to do over my #FreeTime is understand how they managed to get those awesome sounds in the #SoldierBlade #PCEngine game. And for that, I've found the perfect video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_dTBSzwAKc
That would be #SoundStudy, I guess.
wanted to make a blog post about #adlib #soundstudy and how it was used by top artists, like JCH (@chordian ?) in "the alibi" cover (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGy1TKYy62I) but it is changing so fast/radically in that tune that pause/snapshot in browser wouldn't work
but notube.lol could give me the MP4 and #vlc can frame-step it to the point where I can see the new note coming so I think studying modulation will be fine.
