The finished USB2Speakon plug.
It's a normal looking NL4 speakON plug, but with a USB-C socket at the rear instead of a cable coming out.

A USB A->C cable plugged into the USB2Speakon. It also works like that.
But it just looks wrong :D

The USB2Speakon plugged into the back of a subwoofer with pass-through and a connected yellow USB-C cable leaving the image.

A Framework laptop is connected to the other end, providing the power and audio signal.
There is nothing else connected to the speakers other than the USB2Speakon and laptop.
