The wall’s physical history is obvious: layers have been put up and peeled away, creating torn paper edges, ghostly outlines where old glue once held a poster, and drips of paint that suggest hurried repainting or rain-borne erosion. The monochrome treatment heightens the textural drama — paper fibers, chipped paint and marker strokes all read in high contrast — turning the collage into a study of urban entropy where every sticker is a small claim on a shared surface.
