I have been working lately through my art and thinking about how artistic expression is a medium for processing and communicating profound emotional states such as loss.
Despite some of the posts you might see from me, I honestly try not to get bogged down by racism and hatred and the dark forces at work in politics and the media. When the world seems intent on tearing itself apart, sometimes we just have to step away to maintain our sanity.
