This is the Stratolaunch Roc, the world's largest airplane by wingspan, seen a few days ago at the Mojave Air And Space Port in Mojave, California. Built to lift large orbital launch vehicles for air launch, it is now being groomed to launch drone hypersonic test vehicles.
