No driving of avatars just yet but I did some cleaning and rearranging and supporting of eye rotation and blendshapes.

Alright, so, erm, I suppose the Boobie Bonking is back? :blobcatEyesPout: It would also appear the Heroine is going around taking panties and bras off defeated bosses' corpses?
And then there's the matter of that sorceress (?) Beatrice who we encountered relatively quickly. She seems to be helpful, but has an oddly itchy trigger finger when it comes to goblins that talk to the Heroine. And then the Heroine acts as if nothing had happened :blobcatThinking:
Either way, we went through three boss fights today. Which is more than I can claim I managed during the 1.5 hours I spent in this game on my own.
As I mentioned on-stream, the only major gripe I have with the game right now is that I stop dead in my tracks whenever I use a weapon. And that I can't cancel an attack. But I guess I'll learn to deal with that eventually :02_shrug:
As always, I hope everyone enjoyed today's stream. Thank you all for joining :blobcatHeart:
Yay, we successed all over the place! Only sending websocket messages to Resonite on request seems to resolve the race condition world crash.
There was some ProtoFlux crimes but we resolved them using dynamic variables. Now we have a puppet controlled via VMC using XR Animator as a sender.
Some bone rotations are still off, but that might be because we weren't using the same model in Resonite as we did in XR Animator, and the protocol is bone rest pose sensitive?
And that's today's stream over, too.
Now, it was surprisingly easy finding that IP address—or rather the device that uses that IP address. Compared to how difficult it would be to find a link-local IPv6 address, anyway. Now we're in the middle of an intra-gang conflict, and from the looks of it, Aiden is going to interfere with that to free Nicky again. Well. We'll see how that goes.

Oh, and don't forget to cast your vote on the current game selection poll. It's still live for another 23-ish hours.
Still winter, even in-game! Just getting settled back in. Finally made the helve hammer and some other Create bits and bobs.
Okay, I managed to wrap up with Rusted Moss earlier than I had expected, but then again, I also “only” needed three streams for Moonlit Farewell.
Anyway, as usual: No summary, because spoilers. But I had a good time! Except some bosses and certain machines around the map, but I managed to get over them in the end (after relying on the accessibility options three times).
This also marks the end of the Rusted Moss stream series, which means I'll put up another game selection poll soon™.
As always, I hope everyone enjoyed today's stream and the stream series in general. Thank you all for joining :blobcatHeart:
Not a lot of visual progress but we did a lot of UV mapping on @copygirl's model today and got the hair prepped for texturing!
Also thank you copy as well as @ExpiredPopsicle for the raids!
Didn't do a ton but it was really cute getting to hang out with lizzie and chat a bit. We briefly hopped into the tutorial world but didn't have steam left to get very far into it.
Set up the power/wireless switches again so we're pretty much back to where we were before. Then helped a new friend set up a fistbump feature for their avatar.
Also have a clip of us removing a cursed object from an avatar we couldn't figure out where it came from ... until it turned out it was somehow equipped on someone else entirely!
ALRIGHT! Finally. War is no more. Well, you know. The Rusted Moss boss, at least. Even though I did have to turn on the accessibility options, reduce its health to 75% and give Fern infinite MP so that I could spam-heal through the fight. Oh, well.
But I did beat a bunch of other bosses with those options turned back off again. Maybe it was the attack patterns of War that made it so incredibly hard for me to beat it.
On top of that, we also revealed a lot more of the map, and even retrieved another 3 pieces of Titania! Now there's just another 3 to go until… err… we can reassemble Titania? I really don't know what to expect.
As always, I hope everyone enjoyed today's stream. Thank you all for joining :blobcatHeart:
Surprisingly, not so much!
We actually got a bunch of story missions completed as well. While doing that, we have yet again been demonstrated how... vengeance-driven (that's probably the best way to describe it) Aiden Pearce actually is.
On the side activities side of things, we got started with the weapon crates scattered around Chicago, and have found a few explosive goodies in them. Need to unlock more ctOS towers to find all of them, though.
As always, I hope everyone enjoyed today's stream. Thank you all for joining :blobcatHeart:
Ended up being in VR for pretty much 7½ hours, and I only stopped because my controllers ran out of juice. As for the progress: I'm back to ⅓ of the old functionality. The ProtoFlux code is looking a lot cleaner, even though I've decided to combine more code into fewer prints. Here's the two I made today.
Hm. I have to say, I didn't perform as badly as I had expected I would. Still not a stellar performance. But I'm having fun playing this game.
So, without spoiling too much, our character, Fern (no, not the Frieren character), and her “sidekick” Puck have blown up and escaped from a laboratory that was running experiments on both of them. Their new goal is a bit of a spoiler, but suffice it to say that a bunch of other characters we have encountered are not… happy about it.
Either way, we've already bonked a few bosses, but they're becoming more and more of a challenge for me and my 1.5 brain cells. Let's see if I can sort out this boss I've been stuck at next time.
As always, I hope everyone enjoyed today's stream. Thank you all for joining :blobcatHeart:
Well I've never made a high ponytail because but I actually love how this came out! Now on Friday we can start texturing!
Wrapped up the move to #Bevy's picking system, added some more colorful blocks (with cute names), and then added a very basic but functional block selection UI. Getting there!
Quick #StreamSummary: Laptop power + wireless switches now functional, at least in VR. You can "physically" touch, grab and move them to use them.
Hopped on over to MiniCeleste doing a chill Elite: Dangerous stream, where it appears to be circumnavigating a celestial body.

And that's the first Watch Dogs stream done!
Well, I think it worked out better than it did when I first played it. While there are way too many opportunities to get sidetracked, I have managed to make some progress on the story missions. I think I'm even starting to get a feel for the… “flow” of the game.
As always, I hope everyone enjoyed today's stream. Thank you all for joining :blobcatHeart:
Another success! The "stylus snapping system" is now 100% complete:
Entirely too much work for such a tiny visual element, but I'm super happy with the result. đź’š
I have successfully fixed the laptop and added a stylus and then managed to update the item in Resonite and tweaked it a bit.
Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to make the stylus both slide in and out the slot and also make it fully grabbable in exactly the way I wanted it to. Still, cool!
Damn, I forgot to count. It was a considerable number, though. Anyone want to find out for me? :neocat_laugh_sweat:
Anyway, believe it or not, we finished up with Bastion today! I don't think I can reveal much, except that Army Carbine + Machete is an amazing combo whose possibilities I most likely didn't exhaust to any degree. What I can reveal, though, is that I had a great time going through the game. The… unusual music was quite refreshing, and having Rucks narrate a lot of things was a great idea in my opinion.
However, all good things come to an end eventually. This happened with Bastion, too.
Since I only spent two streams going through the game, though, I won't do another game selection poll for now and instead proceed with the next-highest ranking game from the last one for this stream slot. That would be…
:newLeft: Rusted Moss :newRight:
From what I saw of the game, it's a 2D platformer whose core feature is an elastic grappling hook with physics simulation. Let's see how much I will struggle with that, compared to Kitsune Tails, hmm? :blobcatSmileSweat:
The first stream for Rusted Moss will be on January 2, 2026 if the Monday stream will be with whatever game comes out of the current game selection poll. Otherwise, it will take place on January 5~
As always, I hope everyone enjoyed today's stream, and the Bastion streams in general. Thank you all for joining :blobcatHeart:
(Oh, and on the topic of game selection polls, the one for the other slot is still live for about another 24 hours, so if you haven't voted on it yet… :blobcatWink:)
