Teams don’t just work in straight lines.
Some thrive in tight-knit groups.
Others spark when they mix with new folks.
It’s worth stepping back and noticing where the energy really flows.

Just read "...a team of product owners..." on linked-in, and despite I know what it meant, and despite I've also coached groups of POs in the past, I first wonder what that should be... "a team of product owners" and I imagine a football team consisting of e.g. eleven goalies and wonder what their goal would be and that they might probably never win a game.
So:
What is a #TEAM for you at the first place?
