Look, I loved THE PLATFORM as much as anyone. It was a bold, brilliant, and daring high-concept horror dystopian flick that had a great deal to say about class, inequality, and the prison-industrial complex. But do we really need a sequel? What more can be said beyond what the first film offered? I feel that the people who green-light these things never ask that question.
