Generative Landscapes - a generative audiovisual project created with #p5js and #TouchDesigner that uses two visual algorithms to explore the fluid and changing nature of landscapes. Pixel Sorting represents human impact imposing structure, while Cellular Automata introduces organic mutations that generate unpredictable complexity. The algorithms' parameters are shaped by sound in real time, creating an entirely new work with each generation.

I've been playing with particle systems in touch designer.
Using fonts, it's hard to find the balance between cool and legible (easier when animated though).
With more abstract forms, you can reach pretty pictures very quickly, but it is very hard to find something truly interesting.
While doing displacement with radial ramp I found a super cool M
It's fun to see creative people elevate my AI x TouchDesigner interactive art by talking nonsense to AI 🤣
