All Lined Up..

A Monoculture, or plantation, of Cryptomeria japonica (I guess, 杉）..

This sort of plantation doesn't seem as extremely bad as the scientific German forestry... But it takes a while to trace all the influences... I want to rewild the ridges.

There was a landslide to be seen from the road between Miyakonojyo and Minamata. The Cryptomeria plantations are more fragile and the mixed Lucidophyl forests.
