Over on the FB #AudioDrama Hub, we've been having a discussion about the lack of visibility (?)/recognition of Audio Fiction/Drama/whatever you call it has in the overall Podcasting community. I suggest we divorce ourselves from them, since the term "#Podcast" has changed its meaning over time from 'means of distribution of audio recordings' to 'interviews/chat shows/true crime/celebrity promo/anything other than audio fiction'. Every now and then I run into another Android app I can no longer run because someone decided my phone, running an official build of my choice of OS, that isn't even rooted, is "not trustable".

Now they want to start doing that for websites.

This kills open Linux on the desktop (including Asahi Linux). It kills alternative browsers. It is a backdoor to kill ad blockers.
