Sol 915: Ingenuity #MarsHelicopter completed this “pop-up flight" number 59, where it flew up to 20m in the air and hovered for ~142 seconds before descending back down. While it was in the air, it took these spectacular images of the Martian surface below.

I look after plant pots and hanging baskets for celebrities, which means I tend to shrub holders with the rich and famous.

#Curiosity had a hangover and lost its orientation for a couple of sols, but it's recovering and will resume normal operation soon.

The MCZ_RIGHT camera was looking at Az: 255.743°, Alt: 12.577° at the time of this capture, at UTC: 2023-05-05T18:48:56.

#Stellarium has Phobos at Az: 255.6825°, Alt: 16.4951°, at that time, so it's Phobos, 4° higher in the sky than where the camera was centered at. The star trail on the left is Betelgeuse.

I bought a painting today. I'm not sure what it's of, but I like to think it's that bloke who built the Ark counting the nipples on a cow. My wife hates it, but I've told her there's Noah counting four teats.
