@lyonsinbeta Oh god, I said I would resub to ffxiv during winter but I would fall into a time sink and never return to be completely honest 😆 that game is very addicting, props to you!! I’ve been enjoying Dreamlight Valley more than i thought I would actually! I’m an absolute sucker for cosmetics and customization which DLV has a lot of (another reason why I absolutely love ffxiv) 😄

I dont really post this, but since Mastodon works better than other sites for reach, I’m looking for #UXResearch #Internship opportunities. I’m a current UX research intern for a startup-like tech company, but with the way things have been going, I’m in search of a more experienced mentor. My UX research work and findings (that I conducted alone without any guidance) were used to launch and direct usability studies (due to NDA, that’s all I can say) but I wish I was given further opportunities as promised to do more with my own research instead of it being taken and used by others. I’m currently working on my own academic psychology #research exploring the effects of minimap design on cognitive mapping in 3D maze games!
I’ve recently applied to Nintendo and Activision and got really close to landing those internships, I’m not giving up.
I’m hoping if anyone knows of any open positions that I can apply to, I’d greatly appreciate it!
