Ach, just skimmed but that's so clever. On top of other applications, make a mutant, then rescue it in somatic tissues by tissue-specific Gal4>Cas9. In the lab today: a #Drosophila guttifera with some sort of mouthtenna growing from its antenna. Who knows but looks a bit like a labellum to me.

So anyways I stabbed it.
