I remember when this happened.
I remember when this happened.
"Imagine the people who believe such things and who are not ashamed to ignore, totally, all the patient findings of thinking minds through all the centuries since the Bible was written. And it is these ignorant people, the most uneducated, the most unimaginative, the most unthinking among us, who would make themselves the guides and leaders of us all; who would force their feeble and childish beliefs on us; who would invade our schools and libraries and homes.

The Tea app, a women-only platform, was breached, leaking 72K images, including user IDs they claimed were deleted. That should be the real headline. In the U.S., no GDPR means no real protections or accountability. This is exactly why we need data privacy laws.

"Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads... This is the way"
We need to stop making "phone app-only" services a thing.

If it may please the court, I would like to present a 25-point essay detailing the reasons why the coda of Drop Dead Legs is so incredibly whip-ass.
Viva la Resistance? I can't imagine anything else, in a normal cable.

Solution? Some python code to add the missing functionality and raised a PR: https://github.com/kovidgoyal/calibre/pull/2808
So hopefully, next version of #calibre will contain this small contribution
🙂
@emsquared that's strange. I assume there's no obvious damage?
I've had USB issues where the same device would only work one time per laptop port per reboot. I never did figure that out. I wonder if it still gives the same problem for my sister? 😉
@RxBrad I saw this the other day, seems relevant
