Today is the Feast of Saint Benedict, a Christian monastic who, upon being given a poison bun, prayed to God. A cross is said to have appeared, thus, hot cross buns. The religious order began to give away hot cross buns to the poor who knocked on their door.
In the spirit of St. Benedict, consider contributing to a local #foodpantry run through a house of worship. 100% of your funds go straight to the program, and none of it goes to "administrative fees" or other such funds.
One thing we see people who have professional ministry coaches do, is have firm boundaries about their schedule and time.

When in burnout, you rarely know you're burnt out. I certainly didn't. I thought I hid my "issues" (now I know they were symptoms) and people around me misread my reactions producing terrible professional relationship results.
