Ik kan me doodergeren aan #taalfouten in de professionele context, zeker in deze tijden waarin er ingebouwde spellingscontroles, browserextensies als #LanguageTool (https://languagetool.org/nl), online woordenlijsten (https://woordenlijst.org) en #AI tools (Copilot, Perplexity ...) bestaan.

Dan zijn er zoveel hulpmiddelen, zie je nog dingen staan als "geef uw email adres op" of "beleid voorbereidend overleg". 😤

Ongelooflijk hoe de #EBU elke vorm van kritiek op #Israël in de kiem smoort. Dat het Israëlische #Moroccanoil hoofdsponsor is, heeft daar allicht mee te maken.

Gewoon met z'n allen **niet** kijken naar de (halve) finale van #Eurovision, dat zou een mooi signaal zijn dat Europa de oorlogsmisdaden niet negeert voor een muziek'feest'. #boostplease

@arnowi Los van de figuur JMDD, is hij één van de weinigen (#Gennez comes to mind) die het hart op de tong heeft en hier zegt wat vele Vlaamse politici blijkbaar niet gezegd krijgen.

Het is oorverdovend stil rond #Gaza in de Vlaamse politiek.

Zucht ... me nog eens door mijn #inbox aan het ploegen en me aan het #uitschrijven voor zoveel mogelijk nieuwsbrieven en reclame.

While they probably started sharing aggregated insights with partners, I still think that it didn't concern sensitive data. Worst-case (I have no proof for this!) they shared "20% of our users is interested in cats" based on the tiles on the New Tab Page or "10% clicked your sponsored tile on the left".

➡️ I've yet to see evidence that #Mozilla betrayed my #trust, even if small changes possibly had secondary intentions.

Glad people like you scrutinize their actions though!

@ham_bitious Same here. I had an empty laundry powder box filled with basic #LEGO blocks 😉. There was no need for advanced sorting and categorization methodologies as I had just one (spaceship) set 🚀.

@fabio This resonates so much. I feel the same. Been using #Firefox non-stop for almost two decades.

My only hope is that they can't use my data in a manner that is not explicitly stated in their privacy policy, as they say. And that I can always opt out of training AI models on / providing privacy-preserving ads based on my input data.

This ToS is so tonedeaf and confusing. Granting a license on my input data WTF?

@Klara Thanks for the advice! Yeah, keeping the most popular sets together could work, while using form and/or color to store the rest. Especially for small pieces it seems useful to store by color.

Had a discussion with my partner yesterday on the best way to organize the #LEGO of our child (6YO) 😂 :lego_angle: Set-based? Form-/color-based? A hybrid model?

She wants to keep the LEGO sets together, enabling our kid to rebuild them easily. I concur, but also want to stimulate creativity, allowing our kid to combine pieces from different sets (wheels, flowers, flat plates, rotating stuff) with generic building blocks.

So I'm looking for #advice, storage options and #bestpractices! #BoostMe
